1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Uang69 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to not meet eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the uang69 Platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. uang69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of your account after each session on the Platform, especially on shared devices.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Uang69 carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or bank statement before a withdrawal is approved or when an activity requires additional verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits into your uang69 account must be made through the payment methods listed and verified on the Platform. The minimum deposit is RM 5 for most payment methods. uang69 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Accepted deposit methods include FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other e-wallet methods listed on the Platform. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to account level and selected payment method. Standard processing timeframes are as follows:

• Standard Members: Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• VIP Silver to Gold Members: Withdrawals are processed within 12–24 hours.
• VIP Platinum & Diamond Members: Withdrawals are processed in under 1 hour, including weekends.

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. uang69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for security reasons.

4.3 Transaction Verification

Uang69 reserves the right to suspend or hold any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or breach of terms of use until an investigation is completed. All decisions regarding disputed transactions are final.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by uang69 are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as specifically stated in the terms of each promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Accounts found to have registered multiple times to claim the same bonus will be deemed in violation of our terms, and all bonuses may be voided.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time period. Bonuses not fulfilled within that period will expire automatically.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

A 100% Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the promotions page. The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per new account.

5.3 VIP Program

The uang69 VIP Program consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative deposit amounts and wagering activity. VIP benefits include higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, faster withdrawals, and exclusive bonuses. uang69 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure and benefits at any time with notice to the relevant members.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

Uang69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or VIP program at any time without prior notice. uang69's decisions on all matters related to bonuses and promotions are final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the uang69 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or involve trained live dealers. Each game has its own rules that players must follow.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on the uang69 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a dispute arising from technical interruptions during gameplay, uang69 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagering amount to the player's account.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

Uang69 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the user's end. It is the user's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection during gaming sessions.

6.3 Prohibition of Unauthorised Software

The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited. uang69 employs advanced detection systems to identify such usage, and any accounts found to be involved will be closed immediately.

7 Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

Users of the uang69 Platform are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses (bonus hunting / bonus abuse).
• Using unauthorized software or technology to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform.
• Participating in any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the Platform.
• Spreading false, harmful, or offensive information through communication channels provided on the Platform.
• Attempting to access restricted sections of the Platform or other users' accounts without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by uang69

Uang69 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or dishonest behavior.
• Failure to comply with identity verification or KYC requests within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the uang69 customer support team. Any outstanding bonus rollover requirements will be cancelled and the associated bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances (not subject to any restrictions or investigations) will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any decisions or actions you take based on information available on the Platform.

Under no circumstances shall uang69's total maximum liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
